Before & After
We always welcome the opportunity to leave our mark.
Check out these Before and After home staging transformations by MLE Homescapes from the communities of Fergus, Elora, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener & Waterloo! |
Vacant Stage: Fergus Family Home
MLE Homescapes was honoured to be chosen to stage this large and lovely Fergus home. We brought in contemporary but cozy furnishings that would appeal to the target audience of buyers. Lots of greenery and home decor guided buyers though the home and allowed them to take in all the home had to offer, from the bright windows to the gorgeous hardwood floors. |
Vacant Stage: Fergus Town Home
Most people simply CANNOT envision placement of furniture in an a large open concept setting. In this case, we created a furniture grouping around the fireplace, preserving traffic flow behind the sofa. This eliminated the dilemma of "Where do I put my furniture?" Instead buyers could see the the true features of the home without distraction. |
Vacant Master Bedroom
The master bedroom should represent a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Before this bedroom was staged it was completely lacking in warmth and character. We brought in light hues of white and pale beige, while romancing it up with hints of rose. The placement of furniture took the guesswork out of the equation, so buyers were able to immediately gauge whether their furniture and lifestyle would fit the space. |
Lovely Fergus Condo Staged by MLE Homescapes
This condo was staged in a contemporary style to attract the target market. Buyers shopping for this particular style of home are looking for minimalist decor, clean lines, and modern-open feel. We brought that style to life with furnishing and accents. Buyers loved it and the condo sold in a matter of days! |
Great Family Home in need of finishing touches
We were brought in for consultation on this two story home. Through conversation with the seller and agent it was decided that the home required a little extra styling. We repurposed most the existing furniture in the home and added a few of our own pieces for added luxury. Artwork, mirrors, greenery and decorative accents brought in that much needed elegance. |
Occupied Stage in Elora
This Elora two-story home was sparsely furnished and even more sparsely decorated. Using the existing furniture, we brought in lots of greenery, contemporary artwork, accent throws and toss cushions. We topped it off with a show-stopping locally-made live edge coffee table. One strategically placed conversation piece, like our chunky live edge table can make simple space shine! |
Full Stage: New Luxury Home in Fergus
Staging a brand new build like this 3000+ square foot home in Fergus was like painting on a blank canvas. The sky's the limit as far as design concept! The biggest challenge was countering the vast surround of "builder's white". Contrasting hues of blue and red, geometric shapes, and organic elements were incorporated into the design to make this house feel like a home. |
Occupied Family Home in Fergus
This Fergus home was sparsely furnished because the owners had only been there a few months. They never really moved in and made it their own. Hence the home was lacking in character and personal touches. We utilized much of the existing furniture, brought in some key elements like geometric coffee tables, and wrapped the home up in layers of luxury. Toss cushions, artwork, and decorative accents were the finishing touches. |
Vacant Stage of Cambridge Century Home
We pulled out all the stops to fully honour this extensively renovated century home. We worked collectively with local furniture designers, featuring their work to incorporate rustic live edge tables and industrial decor. The result was a show-stopping mix of ultra modern meets industrial craftsmanship. This home sold and closed in a matter of days!! |
Vacant Stage- Upscale Elora Condo
We assess each and every property to determine it's target demographic, then we tailor each design to that audience. We staged this gorgeous Elora condo with transitional furnishings, brushing on contemporary. The result was a refined finish with touches of sparkly elegance. |
